Are website prices final?
No. They are starting or indicative prices. Final pricing depends on area, quantity, condition, location, access, team size, equipment, material and timing.
When is a site survey required?
A survey may be required for commercial sites, post-construction cleaning, façade work, waterproofing, large properties, AMC and technically uncertain work.
What should I share on WhatsApp?
Share your name, location, service needed, approximate size or quantity, preferred date and clear photographs or a short video of the site.
Do you guarantee complete stain removal?
No cleaning company can responsibly guarantee removal of every stain. Results depend on fabric, surface, age, prior treatment and permanent damage. We inspect and explain limitations before treatment where practical.
How long does sofa cleaning take to dry?
Drying commonly takes several hours and depends on fabric, ventilation, weather and extraction. The team will provide a site-specific estimate.
Are your chemicals safe?
Products are selected for the task and used according to instructions. Inform us about children, pets, allergies, medical sensitivity and special surfaces before service.
Do I need to be present?
A responsible representative should be available for access, scope confirmation and handover.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancellation and rescheduling depend on notice period, mobilisation and costs already incurred. Please read the Booking & Cancellation and Refund policies.
Can I upload photographs with a review?
Yes, provided you own or are authorised to share them. Submitted content is reviewed before publication.
Do you provide GST invoices?
Where applicable and requested with correct billing information, invoices are issued in accordance with the business tax setup.
Which areas do you serve?
Primary operations are in Delhi NCR. Other cities or states should be confirmed before booking and are offered only where an operating team or approved partner is available.
Are Goa, Bengaluru, Mysuru, Punjab and Uttarakhand services active?
Availability depends on current operational capacity. Regional interest pages do not by themselves guarantee active service in every locality. Contact us for confirmation.
Do you offer franchise opportunities?
Franchise or city-partner applications are evaluated individually. No income, return or territory is guaranteed. Final rights arise only from a signed agreement.
Is the training certificate government recognised?
Unless a course page expressly confirms current recognition by a named authority, Vivarta training certificates should be treated as internal skill and participation certificates, not government or NSDC recognition.
Is the Vivarta Shine app available?
The iOS and Android applications are planned. “Launching soon” is an announcement, not a guaranteed release date. Website, phone and WhatsApp booking remain available.
